This boozy milkshake is my idea of a good time on St. Paddy's Day. It's spiked, rich, indulgent, and faintly Irish. Baileys creamer and buttery Irish shortbread cookies are blended together with vanilla ice cream and a bit of milk to create a thick, creamy milkshake. A dollop of soft whipped cream and a sprinkling of crushed shortbread cookies are the only embellishments the milkshake needs. It's delicious. It's the perfect way to celebrate the booziest day of the year, if lounging at home in your pajamas while catching up on Mad Men is your idea of a really good time (I'm sure I'm not the only one). So whether your plan for today is to go wild or simply head home after work, this easy milkshake should be part of your plans. Great for winding down with after a rowdy day and the perfect post-work treat, this boozy shake is good on St. Paddy's Day and any day of the year. Enjoy!
